I am a holistic, anti-oppressive psychotherapist, culturally attuned hypnotherapist, and life coach trained in Positive Psychology and Neuroscience-Informed practices. My decolonizing approach to hypnotherapy is informed by ancestral wisdom and cultural practices that seek to address the daily assaults of marginalized groups, transgenerational trauma, and internalized oppression as a result of systemic oppression. My practice orientation is informed by ancestral wisdom and cultural practices, Interpersonal Neurobiology (Attachment-Based), Integrative & Energy Medicine, Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping), Somatic Work, Mindfulness Practices, Race-Based Trauma Informed Methods, and Liberation Healing frameworks with a specialization in working with People of Color. My areas of specialty address overthinking and the inner critic, test anxiety, social anxiety, intergenerational trauma, race-based trauma, and "imposter syndrome."
