I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling. I attended the Albert Ellis Institute of Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy and the Milton Erickson Institute of Hypnotherapy and am a recognized expert in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for behavioral health, substance use issues, health issues and pain management. I have over 30 years of experience working in the behavioral health and substance use fields holding licenses in four states. I am a student of mindfulness, meditation and religious philosophies and am a lay minister.

I provide telehealth services in HI, AZ, WA and Fl and in office services in Maui, HI as a part of the DEHP Sea Experience.
