After you enter your information, be sure you press the
BLUE "PAY" button.
After you pay, look for a confirmation email from PayPal (not from NBCCH). PayPal will send confirmation to to the email that they have on file for you.
Your renewal fee will be at this location for annual renewal if you were certified during 2025.
Prior to mid-December 2025, please return to the payment tab and use the prorated "initial" payment schedule this one time.
